In Practice for 20 Years
Dr Jamie originally went into chiropractic to help her mom with back pain. Once she started school, and began treating patients, she realized how valuable and helpful she could be to a wide range of people. After 17 years at the same clinic that she did her internship at, Dr. Jamie and her family decided to branch out and open their own space. Dr. Jamie and her team look forward to welcoming you to the clinic.

We are pleased to offer our patients direct billing to all major insurance companies. Providing your plan is setup for direct billing, our staff will inform you of your covered amount immediately following your adjustment. Here at Icon, we believe you should not leave the clinic with more work to do than when you arrived!
If direct billing is not available through your plan, we are pleased to provide a printed or emailed receipt to submit to your insurance company.

Here at Icon Wellness Clinic, we recognize that each patient is unique. Treatment plans are customized to each patient’s requirements and are implemented depending on a number of factors. Doctor Jamie and her staff will work with each patient to determine the most effective treatment plan available

No, patients do not require a referral to see a chiropractor. Chiropractors in Alberta are considered Primary Care, meaning patients can consult them directly.

Back pain, muscle tension and spinal dysfunction are very common conditions that a vast majority of individuals suffer from. Massage therapy is effective for dealing with muscles and soft tissues of the spine. Chiropractic work is effective in treating misaligned spinal joints and nerves to relieve pain and improve function. Here at Icon we are happy to offer both massage therapy and chiropractic services with a variety of treatments in both therapies to help relieve patients who experience sore muscles and misalignments. We believe that combining both therapies will yield the most beneficial results.

Yes, our clinic is pleased to provide patients with Cool Laser Therapy (CLT) from Theralase Technologies Canada. CLT can be used to treat a variety of conditions including sprains, strains, tendonitis and carpel tunnel syndrome. This treatment can be applied to many parts of the body, including (but not limited to) knees, ankles, shoulders and the spine.
